This truck has a 28' Jerr-Dan, heavy duty, 40,000 lb capacity wood floor. The winch will also pull 40,000 lbs. We bought it new in 1995. It is complete with a hitch on the rear. It does have air brakes., I measured 240" from the front of the bed to the hinge point. There are 211" from the center of the front axle to the center of the second axle.
